Our famous bakery booth will be open for business at the Harwinton Fair on October 2, 3, and 4, 2026! Calling all bakers! The Our Lady of Hope Bakery Booth needs your delicious donations. Please share your talents by baking some homemade goodies, including pies, muffins, cookies, breads, cakes, and fudge. Please – no items needing refrigeration, including pumpkin, cream, and custard pies.
Pie tins will be in the church foyers beginning September 5 and 6. Pie boxes will also be available for pies. Drop off for baked goods will be at the IHOM Social Center (upstairs) on Thursday, October 1 from 4:00pm-7:00pm and Friday, October 2 from 10:00am-1:30pm. Drop off will also be at the Parish Office in New Hartford on Friday, October 2 from 10:00am-1:30pm.
Volunteers are needed to help staff the booth during the fair in one hour (or more) shifts. Sign-up sheets will be in the IHOM foyer beginning September 5 and 6. Please note: you will be required to pay for your admission to the fair.
